Shipping & Payment Information
Payment is due upon checkout using either Square or Paypal. All purchases will be filled and shipped as soon as possible. Items will be shipped within the next business day if purchased on a weekend, holiday or after 10 am mountain time. All items will be packaged and shipped through your preferred carrier, but for lowest shipping rates we will always default to shipping via USPS.
Note to Non-US based customers: Due to import regulations, we can't ship any animal parts outside of the United States. All other items that are not animal parts will be shipped. No flammable liquids. If your order contains items that are animal parts, your order will be canceled and refunded with an email stating the reason for the cancellation. After that, you can reorder any items not stated in the cancellation email.
Customer complaints and issues regarding any of Tacky Fly Fishing products may be directed to email@example.com. Tacky Fly Fishing stands behind products with a limited 1-year warranty covering defects on material and workmanship or failing functionality of products.
All other customer complaints and issues with products offered by On The Water Flies LLC will we be handled by On The Water Flies LLC. If for any reason the product is not up to your satisfaction, let us know the issue and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us!
All information given to us will be kept private. No personal information will be sold or given to anyone outside of our company.
